When you view a Qudos Bank advertisement on a third-party website or if you open an email from us (including when you click any hyperlinks in our emails), we use cookies to collect certain information about your interaction with the advertisement or email (and our website, if visited). We do this to better understand customer behaviour and provide more targeted marketing.
We have also updated our Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice to clarify that we may, from time to time, collect sensitive information about you including your health information if you disclose this to us during your communications with us (e.g. as part of a hardship application or during a phone call with us).
