We were formed by a group of Qantas employees, more than 60 years ago, who wanted to establish better financial options for themselves, their families, and their community.

Today we're one of Australia’s largest customer-owned banks with over $5 billion in assets and branches in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We're a leader in the customer-owned banking industry and were named Canstar's Customer-Owned Bank of the Year and Mozo's Australia's Best Large Mutual Bank in 2023.
