How do you like to access your bank account? Are you an online banking whizz or an on-the-go app fiend? Do you prefer to go to a branch and chat with the teller?

Whatever your preferred method of banking, Qudos Bank has you covered. We’re proof that banking with a small bank doesn’t limit the ways you can access your money.

Secure online banking

It doesn’t matter where you are – if you’re sitting on your sofa watching Netflix or sunning yourself in Spain – you have access to your money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with our secure online banking. You can view your accounts, transfer money, pay your bills and more – all without leaving the comfort of your own home. Plus, our online banking website has extra security features to help keep your money safe.

Banking on the go with the Qudos Bank App

What if you’re out-and-about and need to view your account balance, pay someone or transfer money? Our banking app can do all that and more. It works with Apple and Android tablets and mobile phones and is quick and easy to set up. Not only is it also secure, but depending on your phone, you can login using a PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. A streamlined, easy to use app for convenient banking on the go.

ATMs

Need cash? You can withdraw money or check the balance of your Qudos bank accounts from most major ATM networks, free of charge. Some independent ATM networks (within Australia and overseas) may charge a fee for cash withdrawals and balance enquiries, for example CashCard, and some ATMs situated inside pubs, clubs and hotels. Or if you prefer, you can get cash out at most major supermarkets and Australia Post – free of charge.

Branches and Bank@Post

Do you prefer to do your banking face-to-face? We have branches in most Australian capital cities plus you can bank at over 3,500 Australia Post offices across the country. You can deposit cash and cheques at most of our branches, except Ascot in Brisbane.

Telephone banking

If you’d prefer to do your banking via the telephone, we have 24 hour access to your accounts for the cost of a local call. This gives you the convenience of checking your account balance and transactions, and making BPAY payments from any touch phone.

BPAY and Electronic payments

Paying bills is easy with BPAY. You can use online banking, our app or the telephone banking service to set up and schedule payments.

Or, if you prefer, you can set up direct debit arrangements for pre-arranged payments from your accounts. You can also make regular automatic transfers between your accounts or to someone else’s bank account, and of course you can have your salary, pension or tax refund automatically paid to your bank account by setting up a direct credit. With BPAY and electronic payments, you can set up your money management and carry on with the more enjoyable things in life.
