We continue to make improvements across our online banking and Mobile App to deliver the best experience when it comes to your banking needs.

Below are some suggestions on how you can make the most out of your banking experience with us, from enabling push notifications to tracking your spending.

Contact us through Secure Mail

The safest and easiest way to make any account-related queries is to contact us through Secure Mail. Our customer service specialists are able to easily verify you through Secure Mail and  can answer your questions efficiently.

To access Secure Mail, you’ll need to navigate to the “Contact Us” tab within the menu on the Mobile App. Alternatively, you can select “View Mail” in the right-hand column within the home page of your Online Banking dashboard.

Enable real-time push notifications to your device

Having push notifications enabled can help you keep track of your account activity including any outstanding payments related to your credit card balance or home loan.

Push notifications can also update you on relevant security alerts, keeping your accounts safe and secure.

Read our FAQ on how you can enable push notifications on your mobile device.

Keep us posted on your travel plans

Galivanting to Europe anytime soon? It’s important that you notify us about your trip, so you can enjoy your holidays without having to worry about account access.

You can notify us of your travel plans via the Qudos Bank app.

  1. Login to the app
  2. Head to the menu and select 'Overseas Travel'

From here, you’ll be able let us know of your travel plans.

It will prompt you to input your travel dates (both departure and return dates), location (what countries you’re going to) and preferred contact details while away.

Alternatively, you can send us a Secure Mail via Online Banking or call us on 1300 747 747 to advise us of your travel itinerary and your best contact details while you're away.

Ideally, you should aim to notify Qudos Bank of any travel plans before you plan to depart on your adventure.

Remember to also set up a PIN for card payments before you travel as “Tap and Go” payments may not be available in some countries.

Track your spending with spend tracker

If you’re someone that needs to keep track of your upcoming payments or keen to make improvements on your personal budget, spend tracker can give you a great overview of your monthly total across your accounts.

To access the Spend Tracker, head to your accounts within the mobile app and click the monthly overview above your transaction history. Here you can navigate through each month and select different spending categories such as services, food/drink and entertainment.
